A perfect example of repetition would be the Sierpinski Triangle. It is created by repeating the process of dividing each side of a triangle into half to create four small triangles inside it. It is a mathematically generated pattern that can be reproduced at any magnification or reduction. Though the process was based on a mathematical formula, originality was introduced by repetition.
